Condition Report

The work of art is in good condition. Initialed "F.L." in ink lower right recto. Inscribed to William Waller and signed "Leger." Paper is slightly yellowed with minor surface dirt and mat burn at the very edges of the sheet. The work has been treated by conservator. The sheet was originally taped on all verso edges to acidic mat. Mat has recently been replaced and original tape removed. Very small amount of residue from the original tape still remains on perimeter of sheet verso with very minor skinning. Verso of the sheet is attached at top edge to the verso of the mat in two places with archival materials. Small stain previously in lower left margin has been removed and divot remains. Inscription appears to be slightly faded.
