Shade: short cracks to several pieces of glass. Added bar at top of shade to which the heat cap is attached (post-manufacture). Two replaced pieces of glass along bottom edge of shade. Base: arms and socket cluster painted, sockets replaced, repaired drill hole to button at top of cluster. Rewired.
